Clinton County’s 20 coaches earned an average salary of $55,411 in 2022, according to the U.S. Department of Education.

This is the 11th highest average salary per county earned by coaches at Pennsylvania post-secondary schools during 2022.

Clinton County is home to just one post-secondary school which paid coaches during 2022.

Male coaches of men's teams received $66,990 on average in Clinton County, while female coaches in charge of women's teams earned an average of $49,176.

Research from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management found NCAA coaches are compensated like CEOs, with top coaches earning more than $1.5 million annually.
